Kim Keenan, PhD, LCSW

 Dr. Kim Keenan holds an Masters of Social Work and Psychology as well as a PhD in Applied Eco Psychology.  A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Keenan has an extensive background in community health, mental health, research, project management, and non-profit leadership. For over 15 years, she has taught both undergraduate and graduate social work courses at the University of Illinois campuses in Urbana-Champaign and Springfield. Dr. Keenan has dedicated her career to addressing mental health challenges and the social determinants of health within Illinois' rural populations.  She has been providing clinical supervision services for over 20 years.

Kristin Busco-Shipley, MSW, LCSW

Kristin is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Lighthouse Clinical Services, PLLC. She studied at Aurora University where she obtained her Bachelors (BSW) and Masters of Social Work (MSW). Kristin has knowledge and experience in behavioral health through working at Alexian Brother’s Behavioral Hospital with children through elderly adults. Kristin has also worked in a private practice setting at The Center for Therapeutic Services & Psychodiagnostics as a therapist and as clinical supervisor for all locations.

Meggan McKean, MSW, LCSW

Meggan McKean received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Bradley University and received her MSW from University of Illinois. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois and is currently working on her Doctorate in Social Work Ms. McKean has experience primarily working in child welfare system at DCFS and at private agencies in the Peoria area. She has also worked within the correctional system in Illinois as a mental health professional.  Meggan has been providing clinical supervision for over 5 years.
